Small Yoga Groups
 
If you are interested in being part of a small on-going yoga group that meets once a week then please call or email.
Being part of a small group can really help consolidate your yoga practise and also deepen your understanding of this style of yoga. The advantages of a being in a small group are that everyone can receive much more individualised attention than one would receive in a normal yoga class.
 
One to One Yoga Sessions
 
 
 
An individual yoga session offers unique
and personal attention, helping to support and deepen ones own yoga practise or to help to
establish one.
 
 
 
The following benefits are:
  •  Learning how to work with your own body's abilities and limitations in an intelligent and creative way.
  • An individual session can help you establish a home programme that is uniquely created for you.
  • If you have never practised yoga before it can help to give you confidence to then practise in a group setting.
  • Those with injuries can learn how to move wisely to benefit their condition.
